Website Content

The most effective way to draw visitors to your website is to have content that they are searching for.  In addition to the various pages on your site detailing your products or services, current blog posts with pictures are the next effective way to get your site to show up on the first page of a search.

The overwhelming visits to my site come from my blog posts. The most viewed posts include a combination of descriptive text and lots of pictures with good titles. You’ll get even more views if the blog post is of an event that lots of people attended and want to see for photos of the event. Whenever I blog about a rally or parade there are always lots of search queries like “photos of xyz parade”. Every person that visits your blog attached to your website is like having them walk through your virtual store.

If you have an event that you would like to document with pictures and then

post on your website, and you don’t have time to do it yourself, contact me and maybe we can put something together. I really enjoy putting together blog posts that provide information and photos that might not make it into the local media coverage.

Here are some of my blog posts that are simple and have driven lots of traffic to my site that I put together myself.
