At the end of 2022, Health Net will close their Full Network PPO plan that included Stanford Health Care. The Ambetter EPO plans will also be fazed out. CommunityCare HMO plans will be rebranded Ambetter HMO. EnhancedCare PPO plans will become Ambetter PPO. Members in Ambetter HSP plan will be moved to Ambetter PPO plans.

2022 Health Net Ambetter & PPO Plans

Ambetter from Health Net, individual and family plans.
Health Net is changing their plan names to Ambetter, replacing any xCare designation.
Ambetter PPO Gold and Silver Value plans are only offered off-exchange in select regions. They replace the EnhancedCare PPO value plans.

Health Net Full PPO Network Plans

The Health Net Full PPO network plans are not available through Covered California and are therefore not eligible for any subsidy. Additionally, they are not available in all counties of California and some counties are limited by zip code.
