Health Net will focus their individual and family health plans in Southern California. There will be no Bay Area plans. In Region 3, Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties, only the PPO plans will be offered. There will be zip code limits for the PPO in Placer County.
The counties of Imperial and Kern will only be offered HMO plans and Kern will have zip code limits. The counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego will be offered both PPO and HMO plans. There are zip code limits in Riverside and San Bernardino.
Health plans will be offered through Covered California and direct, off-exchange, from Health Net.
