As a health insurance agent, as a human being, all I want to do is help people. All I want to do is help people enroll in Covered California. After fighting with Internet Explorer 10.0 to actually work with the CalHEERS site, more road blocks from a system that isn’t ready for prime time continues to stymie many agents and I would assume Certified Enrollment Counselors as well.
After a client was finally able to delegate or designate me as a certified agent to help him, the CalHEERS system is determined to prevent my assistance. When I actually try to help the client by clicking on his name in my agent dashboard I am presented with the following html code

- Why doesn’t Covered California’s contact form work to report the problem?
- Why can’t they just tell us when we login, if we can login, what the issue of the day is?
- Why doesn’t CalHEERS work with Google Chrome?
- Why does it work with the mobile version of Safari?
- Why are they making this so hard?
