Covered California held its second in a series of sales seminars for Certified Insurance Agents. The webinar was punctuated by technical glitches and an amateurish quality of the presenters. They did manage to address several questions that had less to do about sales and more about the CalHEERS on-going technical problems and new voter registration mandates for agents.
